Dead on Arrival Guarantee

We guarantee all of our items for up to 7 days. If, for some reason, an item does not arrive alive, you must contact us via email, with detailed pictures of the item within one hour of the package's arrival. If you are not present to sign for the package on the first delivery attempt, this guarantee becomes void.
